Electric vibrating motors from Venanzetti Vibrazioni

Rosta represents Venanzetti Vibrazioni electric vibrators for the North American industrial market. These high-quality electric vibrating motors can operate in temperatures ranging from -30 to 40 degrees C, and are designed for continuous duty with 100 per cent centrifugal force. They are CSA approved and available in Class 4228 01 for hazardous locations. Venanzetti’s VMD exciter drive units for heavy screen applications are also available from Rosta.

Anti-vibration mounts from Hutchinson/Paulstra

Rosta also carries a range of all steel mountings from Hutchinson/Paulstra. These anti-vibration mounts feature a ”steel cushion” made from woven stainless steel wire and compressed, considerable mechanical strength, and damping characteristics. Its steel dampers are unaffected by oil, grease, solvents, adverse weather and corrosive products, and can withstand temperatures from -70 to 300 degrees C without changing characteristics. In addition, these steel mountings feature springs with natural frequencies as low as three Hz, which can provide up to 98 per cent attenuation for low-speed rotating machinery. The lineup includes flexible mounting systems, anti-vibration mounts for mobile equipment, and metal mountings.
