Rosta offers clamps and brackets as accessories for its elements

The Type BR clamp is one of three main types of accessories that Rosta offers to connect its elements.

Rosta rubber suspension units are trusted by organizations globally to guide and tension industrial machinery, including Canadian workplaces, which use elements by the company’s Ontario affiliate, Rosta Inc. To connect these elements to machine parts and structures, Rosta recommends its accessories – standardized clamps and brackets that ensure optimum performance.

These accessories are a far safer choice than relevant welded connections are, since they do not cause rubber inserts to overheat or risk damaging an entire suspension device.

Easy and economic mounting

Rosta manufactures clamps and brackets that support and easy and economic mounting of the company’s rubber suspension units. There are three different accessories available in different sizes, to give users the ability to find the most practical way to fix and implement elements in their construction, with no need to do it themselves. With more than three-quarters of a century of experience, Rosta can always provide the perfect solution.

One of these options, the Type WS bracket, is a multi-purpose, paint-finished bracket that enables an easy screw connection on the inner squares of Rosta Type DR-A, DK-A, and DO-A elements, plus a housing fixation for Type SE tensioner devices. Users can position the bases of the angle sections in both directions, with many combination possibilities for element assembly available with the different clamps.

The Type BR clamp is supplied separately without bolts. These clamps are standardized to fit exactly for the fixation and positioning of Rosta’s Type DR-S, DR-A, and DR-C rubber suspension units with no welding required. Two or more BR clamps are recommended for longer units. These clamps are square-shaped and have also been paint-finished.

Type BK clamps have been designed to fit the fixation and positioning of Rosta’s Type DK-S and DK-A elements by frictional force created by the bolted double clamp. These clamps are round-shaped and, like the BR, are supplied without bolts and paint-finished. Two or more are recommended for longer units.
