Designed for air-frame maintenance tasks, this range of tools fits all frequently used rivets in metal-structure repair in this industry. The customer can always find the required rivet squeezer or rivet hammer to complete any maintenance or repair need, according to the regulations in place. Dobco also carries CP drills, sanders, and riveting accessories, from bucking bars to rivet sets, to carry out all air-frame maintenance applications, with productivity as the main priority, even in demanding environments. These tools are easy to use, ergonomic, silent, and vibration-free.

Available in seven models, the CP42 line of rivet hammers offers high durability with its high-quality powder coating, and CP recommends using it with its own bucking bar for good ergonomics. Each hammer is compact and lightweight, with mass starting from one kilogram, and handles all aluminum rivets up to 3/8 of an inch. Other features include a teasing trigger for excellent control, a robust aluminum body, a slim and comfortable ergonomic handle that is compatible with gloves, and a chisel retainer.

The CP42 series also includes six models of productive and ergonomic squeezers. These compression tools are designed for rivets up to 3/16 of an inch, and they function with virtually no vibration and with noise as low as 72 decibels. The six designs comprise two each of three types of jaws for optimal access – alligator short, alligator long, and C short.

Other features of these squeezers: robust steel lever; aluminum housing; rotating inlet for easy, ergonomic handling; forged steel jaws for high durability; and up three tons of pressure force in the jaw.
