Helical and bevel-helical units

The standard Reggiana Riduttori series of helical and bevel-helical units are ideal for most industrial applications, and are available in single, double, triple and quadruple reduction stages. However, the company’s lifting series of helical units are suitable in triple reduction stages. They feature an increased centre to centre distance, which allows the motor to be mounted on the same side of the output shaft. Multiple products are available, including the:

Wheel gears 

Series RRTD wheel gears for tracked vehicles cover the range from 100 to 5,000 daNm. They are ideal for translation control in tracked vehicles (e.g., excavators, drilling machines) requiring reliable hydraulic disk parking brakes of the negative type. They also offer compact coupling solutions on axial piston motors and semi-integrated orbital motors.

Negative brakes

Negative type hydraulic disk brakes are designed for applications that require an emergency brake for safety purposes, including crane trucks, road vehicles and winches. Two versions are available — a modular version for applications on reduction gears, and a direct version for orbital hydraulic motors.
