Daemar’s portfolio of essential components for industrial users includes a selection of sintered self-lubricated metal bushings. Formed in bronze, iron and various other metals, these bushings can reduce user costs by allowing longer operating times between maintenance.

The lineup

Denso’s selection of powdered metal bushings includes sleeve bearings, flange bearings and thrust washers, all designed for heavy loads at moderate speeds or light loads at high speeds. When these units are in motion, oil rises to the surface for self-lubrication, and the oil is restored automatically when the bearings are at rest.

More than 1,800 sizes of sleeve bearings are available for shaft diameters ranging from 0.125 to five inches. Flange bearings, which are constructed of powdered metal bronze and feature interconnected reservoirs for oil, are available in more than 350 sizes for shaft diameters ranging from 0.126 to three inches. Thrust washers, on the other hand, come in more than 120 sizes for shaft diameters ranging from 0.252 to 2.766 inches.
