Reduce machinery vibration with Rosta anti-vibration mounts

Anti-vibration mounts are critical tools designed to help reduce vibration common in industrial machinery. In doing so, they also help reduce maintenance costs and protect the company’s investment.

Rosta carries a selection of anti-vibration mounts in various styles and capacities — from 20 to 2,000 kilograms — to meet the needs of a wide range of applications.

Type ESL: These anti-vibration mounts are designed to absorb medium and low frequency vibrations, and accept compression, tension, shear and combined loadings. They can be installed in any desired position and are also ideal for ceiling and wall mounting. These elements are maintenance-free, insensitive to water and dirt, and can operate in temperatures ranging from -40 to 80 degrees C.

Type V: These mounts are multi-directional, and designed to accept compression, tension, shear and combined loadings. Like Type ESL, they can be installed in any desired position and are also ideal for ceiling and wall mounting. They are also maintenance-free, insensitive to water and dirt, and suitable for temperatures from -40 to 80 degrees C.

Type ISOCOL: This self-adhesive isolation plate is a highly efficient damping element. Resistant to oils and chemicals, the plate can be fixed on the floor or on machine frames by simply removing the protective foil on both sides of the plate. It is made of three layers, and suitable for temperatures from -40 to 80 degrees C. Type ISOCOL U offers the same advantages, but consists on an extra cover plate made of grey cast iron.

Type N: These mounting feet feature swivel-articulations for the compensation of ground unevenness. They are shock absorbing, anti-slip and corrosion-resistant. Type NOX provides the same benefits, but is constructed of stainless steel elements, which also makes it food safe and antibacterial.
