With a powerful direct-flow action

Chip Vac devices are recommended for cleaning tasks involving machining centres, lathes, saws, mills, and other kinds of industrial equipment. The user can easily move it between drums to keep different materials separate for recycling. The 0.1-micron filter bags traps absorbents and other dusty materials in order to keep the surrounding area clean. Operated with compressed air, the Chip Vac makes a powerful direct-flow action that effectively moves chips and other scrap materials, with no motors or impellers to clog or wear out. At 77 decibels, it functions on an extremely low noise level.

Each system in the Chip Vac series includes a drum lid with a locking ring (which fits an open-top drum), a flexible vacuum hose, a filter bag, and tools. EXAIR offers deluxe systems in five-, 30-, 55-, and 110-gallon sizes; for larger sizes, the customer can add a drum dolly and a tool holder. Premium systems each include a 30-, 55-, or 110-gallon drum, plus an upgrade to static-resistant hose and heavy-duty aluminum tools.

Among the options available in this series:

• Deluxe. With extra features added.
• Premium. An upgrade that gives users the most out of the system.
• Model 6093. The basic chip vacuum without the fittings, filters, or accessories.
• Model 6093-5. Similar to the 6093, but with a five-gallon size.
