Versatile

The Auto Mach-Jet System is suitable for all powder coating applications. It is typically used as a fixed station in a fast colour change booth, such as the PVV EasyDrive. However, it can also be installed on a reciprocator in a PVV EasyCompact booth. The system offers a large selection of round and fan spray nozzles, each ideal for different uses, from small parts to large surfaces. It also features five preset electrical characteristics. Standard kits include controllers, reciprocators and a maximum of 12 sprayers.

High transfer rate

The system offers excellent penetration on complex parts, and has a good wrap-up effect. In addition, the setting up of voltage and current are both easy and precise. 

Low maintenance

Another feature that attracts many users to the Auto Mach-Jet System is that it is easy to maintain. For example, its sprayers are simple to disassemble, and an optional quick disconnect hose is available. The system can be easily cleaned through simple air blowing, and its nozzles are highly resistant to abrasion.  

Safety

The system has ATEX and FM certifications, which means it conforms to the highest standards and can be used in hazardous environments. In addition, it offers high impact resistance.
