Verder Pumps fluid-handling solutions are available through York Fluid Controls Ltd., particularly the Verderflex brand of pumps. Abrasive, corrosive, and viscous liquids

Simple to use, the Verderflex Rapide series works with an IP55-rated gear motor and has been assembled in a heavy-duty aluminum housing. The tube of each unit is “thick-walled” for the safe and dependable handling of chemical solutions, fine slurry, ink, dye, additives, other dosing fluids, and other abrasive, corrosive, and viscous liquids. Users can easily control these pumps via external inverters, or VFDs.

York Fluid Controls carries 10 models in the Verderflex Rapide series, including double- and single-head pumps, and some technical specifications vary widely for different applications. The maximum discharge pressure for every unit is two bar, and the maximum operational temperature is 85 degrees Celsius. All Rapide pumps contain either verderprene or silicone materials. Maximum flow ranges from 3.4 litres per minute to 1,020 litres per hour; maximum tube length goes from eight to 19 millimetres; tube wall thickness is either 2.4, 3.2, or 4.8 millimetres; and eight of the 10 models come with certification by the United States Food and Drug Administration.

Like all Verderflex pumps, the solutions in the Rapide series are extremely robust units recommended for heavy-duty operations on intermittent or continuous-duty cycles. They serve as a reliable, simple-to-use, and easy-to-control means of pumping fluids.
