Modular office specifications

Redirack offers standard “quick ship” units, as well as custom-designed offices to fit unique customer needs. Quick ship units are available in two-, three- or four-wall varieties, built using either OmniFlex Plus steel or Series 300 aluminum stud framing systems, depending on customer preference. 

All units also include wiring posts, three-inch thick wall panels, vinyl bases for the walls, a galvanized floor track, and a painted top cap. When it comes to the wall panels, two options are available: standard vinyl hardboard on polystyrene core, or vinyl gypsum for added sound insulation and fire protection.

Modular office units from Redirack are also available with ceiling-mounted exhaust fans, with duct kit and switch included. Other features include a variety of doors and hardware, window assemblies, acoustical ceilings, electrical components and light fixtures.
