Tsubaki offers a variety of conveyor chains.

Tsubaki is proud to carry a wide selection of conveyor chains. The leading manufacturer of chains and conveyor equipment has standardized many of its conveyor chains to meet the needs of various operating conditions in a range of sectors.

Its lineup includes:

  • Accumulating conveyor chains. Equipped with rollers that support conveyed objects, these units are designed to eliminate the possibility of damaging conveyed objects during accumulation mode.
  • Agricultural conveyor chains. These units have been designed to replace malleable chains, and can be used with the existing sprockets for malleable chains. They offer higher tensile strength, longer service life, and provide smoother operation for drives and conveyors.
  • Anti-corrosion conveyor chains. These specially developed anti-corrosion products are available in nickel-plated and stainless steel models, as well as a version that has been both zinc galvanized and specially treated on the surface with a coating to provide a double-plated effect.
  • Forestry chains. From sharp top chains and 81X plain chains, to scanner chains and drag chains, Tsubaki can supply various products to keep the demanding forestry industry moving.
  • Ice cream hardening chains. These units are designed to handle the daily wash-downs, high temperatures and freezing temperatures that power transmission components are exposed to in the dairy industry.
  • Lambda conveyor chains. These self-lubricating chains are compatible with a wide range of canning, bottling, baking and other high temperature applications. They use special oil-impregnated bushings to provide lubrication and to prolong wear life.
  • Hollow pin conveyor chains. These units offer versatility in conveyor design, and allow for the insertion of through rods or other attachments.
  • Can feeder and closer chains. Tsubaki chains, sprockets and transmission components are built for peak performance under extreme temperatures, pressures, high speeds and humidity — common conditions found in canned product processing.
