Key features and advantages

The P33T Series is a solenoid pilot pneumatic safety valve that meets Category 4 Performance Level E in accordance with Machine Directive ISO 13849-1. This unit is proven control reliable technology with integrated soft start. This soft start brings air into the system when energized, and can be adjusted for slower or faster buildup of system pressure. It also enables the rapid exhaust of downstream air when the machine is de-energized, and removes stored energy, allowing safe access.

The P33T is designed for use with a safety relay or PLC. It features dual exhaust silencers, and an optional transducer for the monitoring of downstream pressure in the system. Memory, monitoring and air flow control functions are integrated into two identical valve elements, and the valves lock-out if asynchronous movement of valve elements occurs during actuation or de-actuation.
