Pipe caps

MOCAP PC Series Pipe Caps are designed for maximum flexibility. They are moulded in black polyethylene plastic and sized to fit many different styles and sizes of threaded pipe ends, from ¼- through 16-NPT, ⅛- through 16-BSP or eight- through 406.4-millimetre threads. These units are designed to secure metric, BSP and NPT threads.

Pipe plugs

MOCAP PP Series Pipe Plugs fit many different styles and sizes of threaded pipe ends, from ½- through six-NPT, ½- through six-BSP or 21.3- through 177.8-millimetre threads. They are made from low-density polyethylene, and designed to secure metric, BSP and NPT threads from damage and contamination.

Outside fitting flange protectors

MOCAP MOF Series Outside Fitting Flange Protectors are moulded in yellow LDPE plastic to fit the full face and sides of many different sizes of flanges, from ½- through 10-inch nominal sized pipe flanges.

Push-in flange protectors

MOCAP MPI Series Push-In Flange Protectors are moulded in yellow polyethylene plastic, and designed to fit many different styles and sizes of flanges, from ½ through 12 inches. They are suitable for both imperial (ANSI) and metric (DIN) flanges to specifications DIN2627 – 2638, 150, BS 5504 and ANSIB16,5.

Bolt hole flange protectors

MOCAP MBH Series Bolt Hole Flange Protectors are the most commonly used flange protectors in the industry. They are moulded in black and blue LDPE plastic to fit ½- through 12-inch nominal sized pipe flanges.
