EXAIR has launched two new spray nozzles.

EXAIR Corporation already has a portfolio of industrial compressed-air equipment unlike any other on the market, and the lineup keeps on expanding as the company achieves new innovations. The latest development by the team: two models of pressurized liquid cone nozzles, for users who want a full cone or hollow spray pattern.

The perfect choice for cooling, cleaning, rinsing, and dust-suppression applications, the new FullStream and HollowStream liquid atomizing spray nozzles come in ¼, 3/8, and ½ NPT sizes.

Producing a coarse spray pattern

The FullStream and HollowStream nozzles are inexpensive and versatile units that create droplets by spinning the fluid and breaking its surface tension through a precision orifice or by impacting the fluid onto a surface of the nozzle. They are made out of 303 stainless steel, which offers high durability while resisting corrosion, and they can function in temperatures as high as 427 degrees Celsius.

These liquid-atomizing spray nozzles produce a coarse spray pattern and generate more fluid volume that does EXAIR’s line of air-atomizing spray nozzles. The higher liquid flow rates offer an advantage to cleaning, cooling, rinsing, dust suppression, washing, and other common industrial tasks. Many of these units operate very well when the fluid being sprayed either is a slurry or contains particulate.

Available with varying liquid flow rates, the FullStream nozzle produces a full cone pray pattern that results in a complete filled circle of liquid spray on the target. Its compact, right-angle construction operates at a liquid pressure of up to 250 pounds per square inch. The HollowStream option, available in a ¼ NPT thread size, creates a hollow cone spray pattern resulting in a circular ring spray pattern. Both versions have a vaneless design that resists clogging from particulates in liquid.

Both of these nozzles meet the strict requirements of the European CE safety standard. Complementing the large EXAIR line of air-atomizing and no-drip air-atomizing spray nozzles, they come with a five-year Built To Last warranty.

Based in Cincinnati, EXAIR Corporation has designed, produced, and supplied many different types of compressed-air equipment for industrial facilities since its establishment in 1983.
