That’s why MOCAP carries many varieties of its popular plastic and rubber protective products in stock and ready to ship. Depending on the size of the order, it can often ship caps, plugs and grips the same day.

Size matters

MOCAP now offers Micro-Pack quantities of its stock items for quick purchase through its online store, in addition to its popular Mini-Pack quantities. Mini-Packs are around 1/5 of a box, while Micro-Packs are approximately 1/10 of a Mini-Pack. This can mean 10 to 100 pieces, depending on the size of the part. 

All stock items are available in Box, Mini-Pack and Micro-Pack quantities, and can be ordered online for faster turnaround. Same-day shipping on some in-stock items is available if placed online before 2 pm on normal business days.

Customized options

If a customer doesn’t find exactly what it needs from MOCAP’s extensive stock, it can buy a customized plastic part directly from the online store. Since MOCAP’s vinyl-dip moulding process gives it the ability to produce parts in various shapes and sizes, customers are able to create a vinyl product in just about any width, length and material colour through MOCAP’s online Item Customizer.

MOCAP also has the capability to convert, enhance or improve any product through its secondary operations. For example, it can create custom sleeves, rings, slots, covers, masks and punch outs to meet its customers’ unique needs. This includes the capability to print customer logos or other details to most dip-moulded vinyl plastic caps, plugs and grips, add a hole or custom shape to a product, remove a portion of the part to create the desired look and fit, and add a slot or thin opening on almost any surface.

Made-to-order products ship in 10 to 15 business days, depending on the product and quantity. Purchases that involve secondary operations often require an additional five to seven business days on top of that.
