This ¼” plastic pump has been engineered with original equipment manufacturers in mind, offering tremendous system flexibility. This is a precision-quality diaphragm pump that is versatile enough to suit various applications, such as ink and pigment dispensing, car-wash tasks, oil and quick lube applications, chemical batching and dosing, drum and pail transfer, and adhesive dispensing.

In addition to its dual-threaded manifolds, which are threaded both internally and externally, the E6 offers optional manifold configurations, either horizontal or vertical. Its integrated muffler makes it one of the quietest and most compact pumps in its class, with a noise level no higher than 78 decibels. The E6 is available in groundable Acetal for pumping volatile mediums, and the centre section is non-metallic.

York Fluid Controls can supply six different sizes of the E6, ranging from 19 to 198 millimetres (mm). Several optional accessories are available, including pump controllers/stroke counters, drum/pail adapter kits, and surge suppressors. Other specifications: flow rate adjustable from zero to 15 litres per minute; air inlet of 6.35 mm; suction lift of 1.78 metres (dry) and 7.77 metres (wet); maximum particle size of one mm in diameter; and shipping weight of 1.53 kilograms (polypropylene), 1.87 kilograms (PVDF), and 1.85 kilograms (Acetal). Air exhaust measures ¾ of an inch NPT, while the port size of the inlet and outlet measures ¼ of an inch NPTF (inner diameter) and ½ an inch NPTM (outer diameter).

Versa-Matic offers a five-year limited product warranty on the E6 plastic pump.
