piab to exhibit at the next iPBS show near Chicago, Aug. 24-26

The International Powder & Bulk Solids Conference & Exhibition is coming back to the real world.

Firing Industries Ltd. teams up with piab to bring the latter’s processing solutions to the food and pharmaceutical industries. piab also promotes its products at high-profile trade shows, which are starting to re-enter physical spaces as the end of the COVID-19 pandemic appears in sight. In late August, the manufacturer will have a booth at the next International Powder & Bulk Solids Conference and Exhibition (iPBS), which is scheduled to take place at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL (near Chicago) over three days.

Also known as The Powder Show, iPBS runs from Aug. 24 to 26 and is the top processing event in North America – the only trade show in the western hemisphere that brings together the powder- and bulk-solids-handling sector and the dry-processing sector. piab is setting up a newly re-branded booth at the event, joining a global community of equipment manufacturers, process engineers, and executives whose operations account for 70 per cent of the manufacturing life cycle of every product.

For more than four decades, iPBS has been the one-stop-shop for the powder- and bulk-processing industry for equipment, education, and expertise. Businesses in this sector are invited to come and share ideas, innovations, and products while networking with professionals and suppliers. Even those in the metal and personal-care industries can sharpen their competitive edge by connecting with experts in this field. The Powder Show includes a two-day conference with expert-led technical training to help attendees advance their careers.

The exhibition features more than 350 suppliers on the show floor, including piab, featuring products available from Firing Industries. There will also be a tech theatre with live product demonstrations, a centre stage with panel discussions, an Emerging Engineers Program, and a networking lounge. The conference includes leadership and strategy sessions, technical workshops, speakers and industry panels, and networking events.
