EXAIR LLC’s ever-growing portfolio of innovative compressed-air equipment has another new family member available to customers: the PEEK ½ NPT Super Air Nozzle, engineered to create powerful blowoff without causing damage to pricey equipment. This non-marring nozzle has a plastic construction that protects production items and resists damage.

The manufacturer recommends the PEEK ½ NPT Super Air Nozzle highly for blowoff, cooling, and drying tasks undertaken in general industrial or corrosive environments.

Lower air consumption, higher safety

It is important to use tools that ensure protection from potentially expensive downtime, maintenance, or repair whenever one works with surfaces and equipment that are sensitive to scuffing or abrasion. With the new EXAIR PEEK ½ NPT Super Air Nozzle, users get excellent resistance to damage from harsh chemicals and temperatures as high as 160 degrees Celsius. Like all EXAIR Super Air Nozzles, the PEEK is also the perfect solution for blowing off debris in large areas, as well as part rejection. It offers strong force for part ejection too, plus more air consumption for higher force and effectiveness from farther away with a wider blowoff pattern.

The Model 1106-PEEK Super Air Nozzle offers hard-hitting blowoff as it lowers air consumption while boosting safety. The engineered design guides the airflow to a single point of convergence for strong force and dramatic noise reduction over standard blowoffs. Like all EXAIR nozzles, the Model 1106-PEEK meets or exceeds the requirements of the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration for noise level and dead-end pressures, and it also complies with the European CE safety standard.

In critical applications, the Model 1106-PEEK is designed to replace existing wasteful nozzles or open pipes easily. It is also available in Type 316 stainless steel and zinc aluminum alloy, as all EXAIR Super Air Nozzles are. To accommodate specific applications, special materials are available on request.
