With its Laser-Express laser cutting machine, located at the company’s Holyoke, Mass., manufacturing plant, Tsubaki now has increased capabilities to provide better lead times and take on increasingly complicated MTO requests. 

Thanks to this machine, the company can create a variety of complex bent attachments, and achieve maximum flexibility to cut any plate and attachment contours. It can handle plate/attachments up to two feet by eight feet, and varying cutting thicknesses (Carbon Steel 35-240H, Stainless Steel 35-C2080H). 

Because the team has this in-house capability, lead time is improved by up to four weeks, depending on the complexity and size of the job.
