Tsubaki's new website chain configurator helps clients select what chains they need.

Tsubaki of Canada is a major source of industrial chains, carriers, sprockets, and related products – all of them durable, reliable, and long-lasting. With all of the different chains available, sorting through the many types to figure out the best solution for a specific application can be a daunting and overwhelming task for customers. But Tsubaki has just designed a solution of its own to help clients with the selection process.

Tsubaki has recently launched a new online chain configurator, a convenient tool on its website that allows any company to design its own standard attachment chain spacing and configuration – and request a quote immediately.

With easy-to-use drop-down menus

This online configurator is easy to use and saves a lot of time. The user simply selects the chain type from the drop-down menus and then drags and drops thumbnail images of industrial chains to see the top and side views, as well as build specified chains with attachments. Anyone can build a chain matching a set of exact requirements, ensuring proper communication of the application’s needs.

Once the user selects a chain, he or she can submit a quote request directly to Tsubaki. It is also possible to view the final product as a two- or three-dimensional CAD model and import the image into CAD software.

The Tsubaki chain configurator lists a fair range of options from which to choose under the drop-down menus. Both single- and double-pitch attachment chains are available, as are standard and oversized rollers; materials available include carbon, nickel-plated, conveyor lambda (lube-free), neptune (for corrosion resistance), titan (recommended for harsh work environments), and three types of stainless steel. Users can select as large a number of repeating sections as they desire.

Tsubaki has served many different industries worldwide with world-class industrial chains and more for over a century now, including 45 years in Canada. Its longevity and success are due not only to its superior products, but to its sincere dedication to client service. This chain configurator is the latest means of making the customer experience easier and more convenient.
