Broach machine accessories

These broaching machines can also be supplied with a variety of optional accessories, ranging from power clamping equipment to operator platforms and chip removal conveyors. For example, optional tables are available, such as tip-back, infeed shuttle and platen types. Tip-back tables make it easier to load and unload workpieces, infeed shuttle tables allow for repeated broach cuts, and platen-type tables provide a perimeter that is large and unobstructed. Power clamping equipment is also available, including power sources for fixture clamping. In addition, Ohio Broach machines are designed to accommodate chip conveyors. The company can supply drag-link or magnetic types, and they can be installed in both pit and floor-surface installations.
