The HD20F heavy duty pump is available with either reinforced threaded or flanged connection, and its robust yet lightweight design enables ease of maintenance and movement.

Can function in any position

Sandpiper has built this non-metallic, heavy duty flap valve pump to function fully in any position, with convenient lifting handles, hanging points, and durable mounting feet. This makes the HD20F a perfect solution for a wide range of applications.

Weighing only 24 kilograms (or 31.7 kilograms in shipping), the HD20F can handle capacities ranging from zero to 567 litres per minute. Its air distribution valve has a no-lube, no-stall design, and it can handle solids of up to 45.7 millimetres. Other notable features include: displacement/stroke of 1.9 litres; maximum operating pressure of seven bar (or 100 pounds per square inch); heads up to seven bar, or 70 metres of water; and suction/discharge port size of two inches NPT, BSPT, or ANSI/DIN flange.

Additional options available include integral, sound-dampening, or mesh mufflers, plus pulse output kits, stroke indicator pins, stainless brass main valves, and three kinds of porting.
