The VA300 load-sensing valve by Parker

Wainbee Limited provides industrial solutions by Parker Hannafin, which has recently launched the next generation of pre-compensated load-sensing valves: the VA series. This is a continuously expanding portfolio of proportional, mobile, directional control valves developed for mobile machinery applications, based on long experience from the L90LS and K220LS models.

Among the scenarios that are ideal for these Parker load-sensing valves: forwarders, harvesters, cranes, harvesting heads, mining machines, drill rigs, excavators, dump trucks, forklifts, and loaders.

Valves with enhanced properties

The VA series comprises valves with enhanced properties regarding robustness, control precision, energy efficiency, modularity, and customization. The valves will be available from Wainbee in different sizes that combine seamlessly to provide a full package for equipment with significant variations in flow needs. Every size will also be available as standalone units, to cover high and low demanding tasks regarding flow requirements. Parker recommends this series for forestry, construction, mining, and material-handling equipment.

An advantage of these valves is a modular design that offers a broad variety of functions and combination possibilities to comply with any need, but is also service-friendly to simplify repair and maintenance. The seamless integration of function manifolds is designed specially with specific customer needs in mind, to lower the amount of parts and simplify the hydraulic system. Parker has a unique online configurator that offers automatically created, immediately available code reports, schematics, spare-parts lists, three-dimensional models, and two-dimensional drawings to reduce development time.

The VA300 was the first valve in the series to be launched, followed shortly by the VA450. The valves will be expanded with additional sizes in terms of flow, combinable to cover different flow demands in the same valve stack. Customers can expect outstanding maneuverability and robustness with higher flexibility and modularity. The VA series is also designed with priority on reducing space claim and expanding mounting possibilities, while also optimizing channels to minimize flow loss.

With a maximum flow to workport of up to 450 litres per minute, the VA series follows the example set by the K220LS model and takes the performance to a new level.
