The new EXAIR ½ NPT no-drip, siphon-fed, air-atomizing spray nozzle

EXAIR Corporation is always trying to top itself with bolder innovations in industrial compressed-air equipment. The latest example is its new ½ NPT no-drip, siphon-fed, air-atomizing spray nozzle. This unit atomizes a wide range of liquids in a round spray pattern when no liquid pressure is available and heavy application is required.

Made of corrosion-resistant 303 stainless steel, this unique spray nozzle assures the user of its durability and reliability.

Two feet of suction height

The new no-drip, siphon-fed nozzle draws fluid into the air stream and mixes it internally while providing as much as two feet of suction height. With the adjustment valve, users can easily adjust the liquid to meet the requirements of their individual tasks. The patented No Drip design helps to conserve fluids while protecting surface finishes from drips, while the nozzle itself offers a high liquid flow – up to 68 gallons per hour in a round pattern six inches in diameter.

Businesses can coat, cool, treat, and paint a broad variety of products with compressed air and liquid thanks to the large EXAIR portfolio of air-atomizing spray nozzles, with a viscosity of up to 300 centipoise. These nozzles provide the most efficient means of sanitizing, cooling, coating, washing, and rinsing easily. Customers commonly use these nozzles with water, light oils, detergents, rust inhibitors, chemicals, paint, and dyes. The company also offers liquid-atomizing nozzles, which do not need any compressed air to function.

EXAIR carries air-atomizing spray nozzles with varying connections – 1/8, ¼, and ½ NPT – and in an impressive range of spray patterns to suit different types of applications. All of these units are adjustable, come with optional mounting brackets, comply with the European CE safety standard, and have a special five-year Built to Last Warranty.

The new EXAIR NPT no-drip, siphon-fed, air-atomizing spray nozzle is available for US$960.

Based in Cincinnati, EXAIR has designed, produced, and supplied compressed-air equipment for industrial plants since it was established in 1983. Among the many options available are air guns, nozzles, cabinet coolers, air wipes, static eliminators, vacuum generators, air-operated conveyors, and much more.
