This unit atomizes a wide range of liquids in a round spray pattern when no liquid pressure is available and heavy application is required.

Two feet of suction height

The new no-drip, siphon-fed nozzle draws fluid into the air stream and mixes it internally while providing as much as two feet of suction height. With the adjustment valve, users can easily adjust the liquid to meet the requirements of their individual tasks. The patented No Drip design helps to conserve fluids while protecting surface finishes from drips, while the nozzle itself offers a high liquid flow – up to 68 gallons per hour in a round pattern six inches in diameter.

Businesses can coat, cool, treat, and paint a broad variety of products with compressed air and liquid thanks to the large EXAIR portfolio of air-atomizing spray nozzles, with a viscosity of up to 300 centipoise.
