The company’s latest solution is a Mini Cooler with a dual-point hose kit, a proven way to reduce downtime while boosting productivity on a variety of applications involving small parts in which heat is an issue. This product is especially effective on small or high-speed operations to prevent burning, melting, and heat-related breakage.

Cooling two separate points

A perfect choice for cooling small parts and tools, this system produces a stream of cold air, at minus seven degrees Celsius, to stop heat buildup. The dual-point option on this mini cooler enables the user to direct the air outlet at two different spots when cooling tools with large diameters, to cool two separate points or opposite sides of a material or process. Single-point cooler systems are also available.

Another helpful feature of this tool is a vortex tube that converts an ordinary supply of compressed air into cold air. The Mini Cooler provides flexible tubing that holds its position to direct the cold airflow, and the adjustable magnetic base enables easy positioning. Maintenance-free operation results from the unit’s durable stainless steel construction and absence of moving parts that could wear out.

The Mini Cooler is the perfect option for applications in which liquid cooling is not feasible because of cost or potential contamination. It improves tolerances, product finish, and production rates substantially, while also preventing premature tool wear.
