EXAIR's 1/8 NPT Hollowstream spray nozzle

This includes a line of liquid-atomizing nozzles, and the newest member of this family is the 1/8 NPT HollowStream liquid-atomizing spray nozzle – which provides a hollow cone spray pattern and a vaneless tangential flow design.

With its wide open internal features that prevent clogging, the 1/8 NPT HollowStream creates a uniform distribution in a ring pattern with droplets from medium to large in size.

Swirling action in vortex chamber

This ring pattern with uniform distribution makes this nozzle perfect for use in cooling, cleaning, foam-breaking, rinsing, and dust-suppression applications in various sectors. In a HollowStream nozzle, the supply of fluid into the body results in a swirling action within a vortex chamber; the vortex then produces the spray pattern when the machined nozzle breaks the liquid surface tension as it exits the orifice and into a controlled spray angle.

The open, right-angle design of each model is compact and is perfectly appropriate for tasks that involve liquids that are thicker, or that contain particulate at pressures of up to 250 pounds per square inch. The stainless steel construction of these liquid-atomizing nozzles by EXAIR contributes to their durability and their corrosion resistance.
