EXAIR Corporation is always developing new innovations and making its product line even better than before – including its industrial vacuum cleaners. The manufacturer has just launched a new HEPA vacuum for a smaller drum: the 30-Gallon Heavy Duty HEPA Vac. This is a powerful, high-quality, high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) vacuum with a smaller drum size that allows it to fit in tighter spaces. It works best with less frequent or lower-volume applications.

Suits a variety of environments

The 30-Gallon Heavy Duty HEPA Vac has been designed and built to move more material with less wear, and the EXAIR team has also engineered it to filter contaminants according to HEPA requirements in dusty environments that need frequent cleaning. One notable advantage of this new HEPA vacuum is that it has a noise level of only 82 decibels, which is half the noise of any electric vacuum; this makes the tool highly suitable for a wide range of working environments.

Workers can operate this new vacuum with an economical, easy-to-maintain pre-filter that can stop larger particles, or with a HEPA filter that can handle the smaller matter. The EXAIR team tests all of these filters for a minimum filtration of 99.97 percent at a level of 3/10 of a micron, to meet HEPA standards in strict conformance with IEST-RP-CC-007.

The 30-Gallon Heavy Duty HEPA Vac is not the only HEPA vacuum that EXAIR offers; the company has a full industrial-housekeeping product line, with wet or dry vacuums with capacities from five to 110 gallons. This includes compressed-air-operated Heavy Duty HEPA Vacs that attach to 55- and 110-gallon open top drums. These vacuums are available to outfit existing drums or with complete drum assemblies. Also available are plastic or heavy-duty aluminum vacuum tools. All of these vacuums comply with the European CE safety standard and come with a five-year “Built to Last” warranty.
