With the addition of the QXN, users can now more simply harness the superior transducerized control, operator feedback and simple setup that the QX Series is known for.

For example, the new tool enables total control and adjustment of torque, speed and degrees of rotation, resulting in superior accuracy and traceability. Users can easily setup the device and program a multi-step tightening configuration using the integrated ICS software and USB port, eliminating the risk of unintentional program changes.

In addition, green, yellow and red cycle status lights, as well as an audible alarm, give immediate user feedback, while the production-rated, highly durable brushless motor design offers low maintenance and high duty cycle for production assembly use. The tool also includes programmable preventative maintenance alarms and a maintenance indicator for troubleshooting and diagnostics.
