New EXAIR catalogue highlights cooling, cleaning and drying products

EXAIR has launched a new catalogue, calling it its “best offering yet”. The full colour technical guide features 192 pages of the company’s quality solutions to common industrial cooling, drying, conveying, blowoff, cleaning, coating and static electricity problems.

Helping customers save money

EXAIR products have earned a reputation for helping companies conserve compressed air, reduce dangerous noise levels and eliminate harmful dead end pressures. This new catalogue highlights many new products that offer the same savings. Some of the products featured include:

• Vortex Tubes for spot cooling. These stainless steel tubes convert compressed air into cold air. They are available in three sizes (small, medium and large), and offer a wide range of cooling capacities from -46 to 127 degrees C (-50 to 260 degrees F).
• Cabinet Cooler systems for cooling electrical enclosures. The new 316 stainless steel Cabinet Cooler systems, for example, offer 275 and 550 btu/hr. They are designed to solve overheating problems for small electrical panels in corrosive and harsh environments. Cabinet coolers that match the NEMA rating of the enclosure are also available in many cooling capacities for large and small control panels.
• Air Jets. EXAIR now offers Air Jets in 303 stainless steel for cleaning and drying in corrosive or high temperature environments.

These products are ideal for applications that require the cooling of electronic controls, machining operations, gas samples, environmental chambers and more.
