Exel North America now offers the new Sames Nanogun MV, a manual electrostatic low-pressure spray gun designed for spraying 1K and 2K solvent- and water-based materials with low pressures. This new model — the result of Sames’ 65 years of expertise with electrostatic technology — delivers up to 20 per cent higher transfer efficiency than previous gun models designed by Sames.
The spray gun is rich with features and benefits. It is lightweight (only 570 grams) and features outstanding finish quality and increased operator comfort with its grip and barrel design. In addition, it’s easy to maintain thanks to an intuitive control module that features smart diagnostics. Plus, it’s easy to use — ready to spray right after assembly. Another major bonus: Nanogun MV is so efficient thanks to its ability to spray with both high current and high voltage, that users will experience significant paint savings and compressed air savings.
Two versions are available from Exel North America. The universal version is compatible with both solvent- and water-based paint. The quick disconnect version is compatible with only solvent-based paint. It is also available with round and fan spray nozzles.
The spray gun’s maximum paint flow is 25.3 ounces a minute (750 cc/min), while its maximum air supply and paint supply pressure is 101 psi. The gun can spray a maximum width of 15 inches (381 mm).
The Sames Nanogun MV is ideal for spraying liquid paints in a variety of industries, including the aerospace, agricultural and construction, metallic furniture, wood and automotive.
