The latest addition to this family is the new ½-NPT internal mix 360-degree hollow circular pattern atomizing spray nozzle, which is capable of spraying air and liquid in all directions.

A full circular turn

EXAIR’s internal mix 360-degree hollow circular pattern atomizing spray nozzle is perfect for tasks that require a liquid application in a broad area and a smooth, even coating, including dust suppression, cooling, and humidification, as well as coating the insides of pipes or ducts with large diameters. It is recommended for any pressure-fed applications that do not need independent air and liquid control. The nozzle is designed to spray for a diameter of up to 13 feet, in a 360-degree range of directions, orienting the spray pattern away from itself.

This 360-degree nozzle combines liquid and compressed air inside an air cap in order to create a fine mist of atomized liquid, which can flow from 10.8 to 150 gallons per hour. Users can easily adjust the flow to suit the application. The nozzle is also highly durable and resistant to corrosion, due to its stainless steel construction.
