EXAIR`s new ½ NPT No Drip Internal Mix Atomizing Spray Nozzle saves liquid and more.

EXAIR Corporation keeps on making innovation one of its top priorities. The company’s most recent development is the ½ NPT No Drip Internal Mix Atomizing Spray Nozzle – which is just like any other EXAIR atomizing nozzle, with one big exception: it positively stops liquid flow as soon as the user shuts off the compressed air. No additional air line is needed for the patented design to control the No Drip function.

Available in four different patterns

Post-spray liquid flow is a frequent problem in liquid spraying that can lead to other major issues. Excess dripping can damage product function on sealing or mating surfaces, while ruining the appearances of coated or painted finishes. Unwanted liquid flow is also a waste of expensive coatings, chemicals, water, or any other precious resource. But when the compressed-air supply for the No Drip nozzle is shut off, the atomizing nozzle immediately seals off the fluid flow, stopping all excessive drips. This is the perfect option for applications that permit no post-spray drip; it is also a great way to conserve liquid.

Another major benefit of this atomizing nozzle is the way that it mixes liquid and air inside the nozzle to produce the finest atomization of fluids up to 300 centipoise. In addition, these nozzles are fully adjustable to minimize air and liquid consumption, and they have interchangeable liquid and air caps. They meet the strict standards of the CE health and safety certification in Europe, and they are conflict mineral-free.

The ½ NPT No Drip Internal Mix Atomizing Spray Nozzle is available from EXAIR in four different patterns – narrow-angle round, wide-angle round, flat fan, and 360-degree hollow circular pattern. They are for pressure-fed applications that do not need independent air or fluid control. One-eighth and ¼ NPT versions are also available. The flow runs from 1/2 to 1,147 litres per hour. Many other versions of Liquid Atomizing Nozzles are available.

Prices for this new nozzle begin at US$295.
