The SFlow manual airless spray gun, by SAMES KREMLIN

Spray guns for industrial finishing applications have been SAMES KREMLIN’s specialty since 1924, the year that the company patented Europe’s first airspray device. One of the company’s newest innovations is its SFlow airless spray gun, a flexible, ergonomically designed instrument that is the perfect choice for finishing in extreme work conditions.

Available with two different pressure levels – 275 or 450 bar (4,000 or 6,530 pounds per square inch) – the SFlow manual airless spray gun is an ideal pick for high solid content paints and high rich zinc primers.

Top performance, productivity, and sustainability

Built for high-duty applications, this airless spray gun has a transfer efficiency of 81 per cent and good atomization quality. SAMES KREMLIN recommends it for use in many industries, from agriculture, oil and gas, and wind energy to transportation and the military. The SFlow excels over other manual spray guns in three main areas: performance, productivity, and sustainability.

The SFlow offers reliable, repeatable spraying quality with a wide choice of flat, Skill, or reversible tips to meet any requirements. The embedded, patented, dedicated tool enables quick filter changes, and the trigger lock, tip lock, and hand safety protection provide enhanced security.

Among the features that maximize productivity: a fatigue-free trigger, accommodating two or four fingers, to fit all painter needs; a comfortable grip to prevent repetitive-strain injuries; a built-in hook that keeps the gun near the work station; swivel fitting to enhance manoeuvrability; and a smart lock for fast, easy tip orientation and positioning.

For sustainability, the large filtration hand filler area is available in PA or stainless steel to prevent tip plugging, and the material flows from inside the filter to outside to facilitate maintenance. The gun’s patented trigger guard can act as a wrench or a filter extractor and can help remove the trigger.

Other benefits include robust construction, a rotating tip guard and tip that prevent leaks, minimal maintenance, and significant material savings.
