Tsubaki has launched a new website for its recently purchased sprocket and related drive components company, Diasaw Manufacturing (www.diasaw.ca). The Maple Ridge, B.C.-based company is known for producing high-quality products at a competitive price, while providing superior service through its machine and fabrication shop. Diasaw was purchased by Tsubaki of Canada as part of a strategic plan to better serve Western Canada and the Northwestern United States. This acquisition expands Diasaw’s breadth and depth of stocked products backed by the trusted Tsubaki name.

Services

Diasaw has a complete welding and fabricating shop that has the capability to offer MIG welding, stick welding, brazing, cast iron welding, plasma and gas cutting, and custom fabrication services. The company also offers machining services, which includes turning to 34 inches in diameter, slotting up to 12 inches in length through bore, key seating, milling, drilling and tapping. The company also has access to tooth and profile cutting. Its experienced machinists have the expertise to produce precise parts at close tolerances.

Products

The company’s wide product selection has been expanded to include sprockets and chains. The lineup now includes:

  • Roller chains: Corrosion-resistant chains, as well as the G8, Lambda, Super and Titan Series chains are available.
  • Roller chain sprockets
  • Transfer conveyors: These can include 81X, conveyor and welded steel mill chains, as well as mill chain sprockets.
  • Waste conveyors: These can include a drag chain attachment and drum assemblies.
  • Forestry chains: These can include 81X, drop sorter, sharp top and welded steel mill chains.

A large inventory, combined with the company’s on-site machining and fabrication service, enables custom orders and quick delivery times for customers in Western Canada and the Northwestern United States.
