Collectors with cylindrical design

The FB series consists of collectors with a cylindrical design, tube-style filters, and mechanical shaker-style cleaning. This series integrates a cyclonic component for superior separation of large dust particles. Recommended for small shops, the FBMW is constructed for light or intermittent dust loads, with capacities from 1,144 to 3,250 cubic feet per minute (cfm).

Other models: the FBA, perfect for medium-sized plants, with capacities from 2,500 to 8,200 cfm; the FBP, for tough applications and with internal storage of collected material, with capacities up to 35,000 cfm; the FBK, a blow-through-style collector for woodworking, textile, or cardboard/paper tasks, with capacities from 30,000 to 70,000 cfm; the FBO, used in conjunction with a cyclone and with 90 standard designs; and the FBRW, which releases pressure buildup in storage silos and bins.

N.R. Murphy also offers the MK series, which has a square/rectangular design and maximizes airflow to filter media ratio for efficient collection in a compact design across numerous industries. Specific units: the MKA, for small and medium facilities; the MKF, a rugged and reliable collector for all sizes of operations and waste volumes; and the MKHW powder-paint collector.

The HE series offers 24-7 operation with an automatic self-cleaning filtration system for users with no production downtime, and the C series is ideal for low loads from smoke, fumes, or fine dust particles. Cyclones, downdraft workbenches, and several accessories are available too.
