Concrobium Mold Control and the fogger

Certain Concrobium products are available through Rust-Oleum Canada, which supplies an unmatched inventory of solutions for mould and more. The lineup includes Concrobium’s powerful Mold Control, an effective means of killing mould and musty smells. Concrobium also has a unique fogger device, a machine that helps users apply Mold Control in large or inaccessible spaces. The fogger evenly mists Mold Control to coat all surfaces evenly and saturate the air throughout enclosed environments.

Kills and prevents mould growth

Mold Control is designed to kill and prevent mould growth effectively on many surfaces, but on its own, it is challenging to apply in large, enclosed areas and hard-to-reach surfaces. Also available from Rust-Oleum, the fogger solves this problem by letting the user mist Mold Control to coat all surfaces evenly, in an easy-to-use application method, crushing mould spores as it dries. Concrobium recommends the fogger for basements, cellars, full rooms, and other large spaces, as well as hard-to-reach areas like attics, crawlspaces, and wall cavities, plus new construction sites, including closed houses.

The fogger is easy to use. First, the user adds Concrobium Mold Control to the fogger tank. Next, it is wise to close all windows and doors and to remove or cover any room contents that could be damaged if wet, like furniture, electronics, electrical sources, and paper products. The next step: adjust the liquid flow of the fogger head to a medium flow rate and position the device in the space being treated. Adjust the head angle to ensure even application to all affected areas.

After fogging, the user should allow the fog to dissipate for 15 to 20 minutes and, wherever possible, use a clean cloth to wipe off excess wetness from surfaces. Allow the surfaces to dry overnight and do not rinse. A harmless white residue many remain on surfaces if over-application occurred, and one may need to wipe glass, mirrors, and certain other surfaces clean once dry.
