Jacob modular tubing systems have earned a reputation for being fast, flexible and safe. Typical piping systems must be welded together to form a complete unit, but Jacob has found a more efficient design. The modular design of its piping systems features pipes and fittings with lipped edges. A u-shaped gasket is simply pulled over the lip to seal the system, while a pull ring fixes the connection and ensures maximum tightness. These robust units are heat resistant up to 250 degrees C, and can conduct electrostatic charge. They are also available in shock- and explosion-proof versions. Food-grade components that meet FDA regulations are also available.

The Jacob modular system includes more than 7,000 standard parts with diameters ranging from 60 to 1,600 millimetres. This selection of products includes bends, connectors, diverter valves, laterals, ports, pull rings, segments, slide gates, throttle valves, tubes, tube hangers, diverters and more. They are ideal for use in a broad range of industries for bulk goods handling, low pressure conveying lines, dust collection and exhaust air, as well as oil mist and vapour extraction.
