No other sensor manufacturer offers more styles and variations of industrial temperature sensors than MINCO does. Mod-Tronics can supply the following items:

• RTD and thermocouple sensor assemblies. MINCO standard assemblies suit a wide range of applications, including explosion-proof and flame-proof tasks. They comply with several international safety certifications.
• RTD and thermocouple probe-style sensors. These industrial temperature sensors are tip-sensitive, high-temperature probes with quick response.
• RTD and thermocouple sensor accessories. With stainless steel and brass compression fittings, spring-loaded holders, thermowells, and connection heads.
• Miniature bearing RTDS and thermocouples. Small, rugged detectors and thermocouples. Bearings can be installed for early warning of overheating. Surface-mount bolt-on designs are available, as are single or dual elements.
• Thermal-ribbon flexible RTDs and thermocouples. These are thin, flexible surface-mount instruments with Kapton, silicone rubber, and Mylar insulation. They offer quick response times – as fast as 0.1 seconds.
• Stator winding RTDs and thermocouples. Single- and dual-element devices in Class F or H, perfect for motors, generators, and turbines. Mod-Tronics carries an extensive stock inventory of these for urgent needs.
• HVAC/R sensors. RTDs, thermistors, and transmitters for building automation. Applications include room air, outside air, ducts, and fluid sensors. Options include platinum and nickel-iron RTDs and 2,252- or 10,000-ohm thermistors.
• Sanitary RTDs. 3A-certified instruments designed for quick response. Available with single or dual 100-ohm platinum elements, with or without thermowell.
• Ceramic platinum RTD elements. Low-cost, thin film elements and wire-wound elements available. These provide high-accuracy sensing for temperatures from -200 to 850 degrees Celsius.
