Many internationally renowned manufacturers collaborate with Mod-Tronic Instruments Ltd. to supply their wares to Canadian businesses. One example is Shinko, for which Mod-Tronic is the Canadian master distributor. Shinko makes a wide variety of devices for temperature and process control, ranging from signal conditioners to solid state relays. The following categories of Shinko solutions are available from Mod-Tronic:

• Temperature controllers. Numerous options available in this group, including 1/32 DIN, 1/16 DIN, 1/8 DIN, and ¼ DIN models. Among the examples are digital, digital indicating, limit, and process controllers. The newest units available are the BCS2 Series 1/16 DIN size digital indicating controller, the BCR2 Series 1/8 DIN size digital indicating controller, and the BCD2 Series ¼ DIN size digital indicating controller.
• DIN rail mounting controllers. The DCL and DCL-33A units are compact, expandable, and effective built-in controllers that work as transmitters too. This category also includes the NCL-13A temperature control unit, which allows remote operation.
• Programmable controllers. Including the PCT-200 and the new PCA1 and PCB1.
• Power controllers. The PA-200 for precise control, and the compact PA-3000.
• Barber Coleman replacement controllers. The MA series can replace Barber Coleman MA models.
• Digital indicators. Multi-input, dual-display 1/8 DIN indicators.
• Recorders (strip chart). The HR-700 hybrid series and the GR200 paperless series.
• Portable instruments. Portable thermometer/hygrometer with easy operation.
• Solid state relays. The SA-500 series keeps the cost down for customized systems, while the SA-400 series is both DIN-rail- and panel-mountable.
• Signal converters. The SA series of programmable conditioners, with various incorporated functions, and the compact and economical SB series.
• Thermocouples and RTD devices. Two dozen instruments for measuring temperature in different applications.
