The SINEAX brand of Camille Bauer devices is reputed worldwide for its reliability and minimal energy consumption. Mod-Tronic carries four models of SINEAX signal isolators:

• TI 816. Loop-powered, 500-volt passive devices at a low cost. Measuring 12½ millimetres wide, each of these signal isolators has a maximum burden of 600 ohms for current and 500 ohms for voltage. Customers can order the TI 816 with volt or mA output.
• DCM 817. A compact, cost-efficient solution for original equipment manufacturers. Circuit-board-mounted, loop-powered passive devices with a 600-ohm maximum burden and 500 volts of power.
• SI 815. These isolators transfer power to input loops at 2,300 volts. Output loop-powered (12-30 volts); available in single- and multi-channel versions with optional FSK/Hart protocol.
• TI 807. Loop-powered, 4,000-volt passive device available in one- two-, or three-channel versions. Maximum burden of 1,000 ohms.

SINEAX TV 808 signal splitters and amplifiers offer 3.7 kilovolts of I/O-to-power-supply isolation and 2.3 kilovolts of input-to-output isolation, as well as zero and span adjustment for every channel. Dual-channel and signal-splitter versions are available. In addition, SINEAX B 812 loop power packs provide 3.6 kilovolts of input, output, and power isolation. Designed for HART protocol, these devices offer red LED for open and short-circuit fault detection.

Mod-Tronic also carries two models of SINEAX signal transmitters: the TV 809 Programmable Process Transmitter and the TV 819 Low Cost Process Transmitter. Both are fully isolated and offer removable plugs, unipolar or bipolar input and output, and a supply voltage of 24-60 or 85-230 VAC/VDC. The TV 809 is PC-programmable and offers Custom 57-point input linearization, plus optional reverse output and programmable relay alarm. The TV 819 is factory-configured.
