Each of these bend restrictors has a tapered design that simplifies the installation process, while providing a tight, secure fit. The inside lip of each unit locks into place by attaching to the coupling.

These collar guards can fit hosing in a broad range of sizes, from 5/8 of an inch to a full inch, or 18.29 to 27.43 millimetres (mm). In addition to the standard sizes, MOCAP is willing to imprint and customize these bend restrictors to fit exact client needs, specifications, or requests. Red, yellow, and green are the standard colours available.

Other technical specifications for the VCG series include inner diameters that range from 19.4 to 27.2 mm, consistent wall thickness of 1½ mm, and a wide spectrum of quantities available, suiting both large- and small-volume requirements.
