Three series of threaded plastic caps are available.

These caps are made out of red, low-density polyethylene, and the company adds knurled grips that make them simpler to apply. A key advantage is their seals, which are stronger than those found on caps from competitors, and they can be applied with simple hand tightening. Threaded plastic caps are also suitable for masking in plating and painting scenarios, although customers use them most often for protective applications. MOCAP makes the following three series of threaded plastic caps:

• BCG series – designed by MOCAP for British Standard Pipe threads and fittings, ranging from 1/8-28 to 1-1/12-11. This series comprises 13 sizes of caps, ranging from 9.6 to 27.6 millimetres (mm) in length and rib counts going from four to eight.
• CMT series – a series built for metric threads and fittings that run from M8 to M52. MOCAP provides 20 different sizes in the CMT series, and these range from 10 to 16 mm in length and from four to eight in rib count.
• FJC series – threaded plastic caps that are made for flared JIC fittings that go from 3/8-24 to 1-7/8 and 3/16 to 1½ tubes. Thirty-three sizes of caps are available in the FJC series, ranging from 4.8 to 38.1 mm in tube size, from 7.6 to 25.4 mm in length, and from four to eight in rib count.
