MOCAP’s tapered plugs offer top protection to fittings and threads

The following series are available from MOCAP:

• Centre pull plugs. Like standard MOCAP tapered LDPE plug caps, but with centre pull tabs for easy removal. Nearly 40 sizes, all red.
• Centre pull plugs with wide flanges. For superior surface-area protection. Extra-strong tabs make sure plugs do not break off. Available in 14 sizes.
• EPDM tapered plugs. Black, rubber, chemical-resistant tapered plugs that withstand temperatures up to 149 degrees Celsius. Twenty-three sizes available.
• Outside pull tapered plugs. With off-centred tabs that allow tight-fitting plugs to be pulled out more easily from the side. Available in 30+ sizes.
• Paper tapered plugs. Economical, environmentally sound light-brown plugs produced from recycled paper that do not promote condensation. Available in 21 sizes.
• Silicone tapered plugs. Available in 23 sizes and able to withstand temperatures as high as 316 degrees Celsius.
• Tapered plug caps. Red protectors with a unique dual-function closure that lets employees use them as plugs or caps. Easy to remove, they also offer secure fitting with their tough LDPE construction. Available in nearly 100 sizes; built to fit varying diameters.
• Thick extra-wide-flange plug caps. The widest flange in the MOCAP plug-cap line. Yellow and available in 14 sizes. Perfect for tube and hydraulic fittings, tube end caps, or pipe caps.
• Thick wide-flange plug caps. With thicker, wider flanges for easier handling. Yellow colour for visibility. Compliant with the standards of the military and aerospace sectors. Available in more than 50 sizes.
• Wide-flange plug caps. Like tapered plug caps, with wider flanges for higher protection for external surfaces and to prevent users from pushing them all the way through openings. Twenty-four sizes.
