MOCAP vinyl grips are designed to fit

MOCAP’s line of plastic and rubber protective products includes several styles of vinyl grips — from round and flat grips to finger nub and double dip grips, in a range of shapes, sizes and colours.

The lineup

MOCAP’s selection includes:

• Round vinyl grips. RVG Series round vinyl grips are a flexible yet durable gripping solution that won’t split, tear or shred. They are designed to stretch over handles, levers or grips for a snug fit that improves appearance and comfort, while also offering a tough, weather-resistant solution. Round grips are available in sizes to fit 3/16- to 4-¾-inch diameters.
• Flat vinyl grips. FVG Series flat grips are designed for durability and flexibility. They provide just enough stretch to offer a secure fit on handles, tools, grips and other items needing protection or appearance finishing, without splitting, tearing or shredding. These grips can be produced with either a round end (Series RFVG) or a flat end (Series FFVG), in lengths from 1-½ to eight inches.
• Finger nub vinyl grips. MFG Series grips are designed to improve product appearance and provide a secure comfortable grip on items with handles or levers. Constructed from flexible yet durable vinyl materials, these grips can stretch onto slightly larger dimensions for a snug fit without splitting, tearing or shredding. They are also tough and weather resistant.

Customized grips

MOCAP manufactures its grips using a vinyl dip moulding process. This enables the company to produce flexible PVC grips in any length, wall thickness, colour, surface texture (traditional smooth and glossy or textured), and material hardness with no additional tooling charges. In addition, these grips are printable, so customers can order grips imprinted with their company name, logo or message.

MOCAP also has the capability to offer double dip grips as an upgrade for applications that require a thicker wall or unique handle cover.  The double dip process allows customers to combine colours, formulas and textures to produce a unique grip that improves overall appearance and comfort.
