Each of these MOCAP products has a tapered design that simplifies the installation process while providing a tight, secure fit. The inside lip of every guard locks it into place by attaching to the coupling.

These collar guards can fit hoses in a wide variety of sizes, ranging from 5/8 of an inch to a full inch, or 18.29 to 27.43 millimetres. As well as supplying the standard sizes, MOCAP is willing to imprint and customize these bend restrictors to fit precise customer needs, specifications, and requests. The typical colours available are red, yellow, and green.

Among the other technical specifications for the VCG series: inner diameters ranging from 19.4 to 27.2 millimetres; consistent wall thickness of 1½ millimetres; and a broad variety of quantities available, suiting both small- and large-volume needs.
