With innovative lock function

A major advantage of investing in these caps is the innovative lock function: each unit has inner rings that lock it onto threads securely, and after the task is completed, the user pulls an easy-grip tear tab to break the seal. All these tear-tab plastic caps are made from low-density polyethylene. The four models of these caps available:

• TCBSP series for BSP threads – seven sizes in this series, all designed to fit BSP threads ranging from ¼-19 to 1-11. The interior lengths range from 11 to 25 millimetres (mm), while the inner diameters run from 12.9 to 32.9 mm.
• TCM series for metric threads – six sizes available in this category, produced for tubes and fittings that have metric threads going from M12 to M22 in size. The inner lengths range from 12 to 20 mm, and the interior diameters run from 12 to 22 mm.
• TCNPT series for NPT threads – available in 11 sizes, for fittings and tubes with NPT threads from 1/8 to 3 in size. Inner lengths go from 8.1 to 35.3 mm; small and large inner diameters are available, from 9.8 to 88.9 mm.
• TSC series for straight threads – available in 14 sizes and designed to fit straight threads that measure from 3/8-24 to 1-7/16-12 in size. The inner lengths range from 11.2 to 21.1 mm, while the inner diameters go from 9.4 to 36.3 mm in length.

The MOCAP inventory includes tear-tab plastic caps for immediate shipment in boxes that contain up to 5,000 units, depending on size. MOCAP also sells Micro-Packs and Mini-Packs for customers who need or prefer smaller quantities.
