This inventory covers a range of industrial applications, and the company identifies three main categories based on their functions: protective products, masking products, and finishing products. Whether the application involves protecting units against dirt or scratches, masking them, or providing a more aesthetically pleasing appearance to final products before shipment, MOCAP satisfies many requirements.

Custom-designed products for unique needs

MOCAP enables customers to choose the parts they need based on their functions. For example, various plugs and caps are available for sealing or protecting items from damage during assembly or shipping. Examples including several models of vinyl dip-moulded and plastic-injection-moulded items, like caps, handle grips, and covers. These inexpensive, high-quality products are available in hundreds of sizes, shapes, and designs for different applications.

Customers can specify length, wall thickness, material, colour, texture, and hardness through the vinyl dip-moulding process, without any extra tooling charges. MOCAP also offers protective netting, for parts with diameters ranging from ¼ of an inch to one foot, and silicone X-Treme tape, a self-fusing wrap that can withstand temperatures of up to 260 degrees Celsius. Products can be custom-designed by the company’s engineering department to fit protective needs that the standard sizes do not cover.

Masking products available from MOCAP include plugs and caps for sealing components or areas against paint, coatings, sprays, or plating. These are available in various shapes, sizes, or materials for different masking requirements. Among these solutions are high-temperature vinyl plugs and caps – the most cost-efficient single-use masking products that resist temperatures as high as 246 degrees Celsius – and silicone rubber plugs and caps, which can resist temperatures up to 316 degrees Celsius. Silicone and EPDM are typically reusable.

Last, MOCAP’s finishing products offer quality finished appearances or decorations. Examples of these finishing products: flexible plastic caps, in round, square, or hexagonal shapes; flexible plastic grips for handles, levers, tools, rods, or stems; plastic sheet-metal plugs in three designs; and tubing end plugs for round, square, or rectangular tubes.
