Dip-moulded parts can be produced in special colours, hardness levels, or textures in sizes up to 18 inches in diameter and 22 inches in length.
• Plastic-injection moulding. With its plastic-injection moulding abilities, MOCAP can manufacture plastic parts with tight tolerances and demanding specifications – resulting in caps, plugs, grips, and other plastic items in a broad variety of styles, sizes, and shapes.
• Thermoset rubber-injection and compression moulding. MOCAP produces EPDM and silicone rubber products with innovative rubber-injection or rubber-compression moulding. With years of experience in rubber moulding, the company can process many thermoset rubber materials, such as silicone, EPDM, Neoprene, SBR, and Viton.
• Plastic extrusion. A complete line of semi-rigid, clear, extruded plastic tubes is available for a more visible form of product packaging. MOCAP offers these tubes in a variety of sizes, styles, lengths, and wall thicknesses.
• Silicone rubber extrusion. To manufacture extruded silicone rubber products, such as silicone tubing and X-Treme Tapes self-bonding silicone wrap, MOCAP relies on state-of-the-art equipment and systems.
