MOCAP constructs its products from six basic types of material, and clients are free to select any item based on the material used, in order to meet their specific needs. These six materials are as follows:

• Plastic. Standard plastic caps and plugs are built out of low-density polyethylene, but the firm also offers plastic injection molding or polypropylene, high-density polyethylene, nylon, thermoplastic elastomers, and almost any thermoplastic resin.
• Rubber. Rubber caps, plugs, and tubing are generally made of molded and extruded silicone and ethylene propylene diene monomer materials. Also possible are natural, Nitrile, SBR, and other thermoset rubber materials.
• Flexible vinyl. MOCAP offers a large variety of flexible vinyl (PVC) caps, plugs, grips, and covers. The company can also deliver custom dip molded parts in any desired colour, hardness, or texture.
• Paper. Straight caps, tapered plugs, and other similar caps and plugs are constructed out of natural paper that is tough yet flexible. This paper is recyclable and environmentally sound, and it can withstand temperatures of up to 200 degrees Celsius.
• Extruded silicone rubber. Silicone tubing and self-bonding silicone X-Treme Tape are just two of the high-end silicone compounds that MOCAP uses for extruded silicone rubber products.
• Extruded plastic. MOCAP uses polyethylene terephthalate glycol, usually used for unique product packaging that stands out, for its extruded plastic tubes.
