Three functions in one product

The Des-Case Mobile Utility Cart can deliver multiple types of oil to many different assets, serving as a portable filtration system, a transfer container, and a lube room in one efficient product. Applications that benefit from this cart include storing lubricants, decontaminating or flushing systems, dispensing or pre-filtering new oil, evacuating used oil, topping off reservoirs, and collecting oil samples for analysis.

Standard features of this heavy-duty liquid-handling cart: industrial powder-coated paint; removable storage tray for IsoLink oil-transfer containers; oil catch pans; automatic pump pressure relief valve; dual-stage filtration; non-bypass filter heads that keep particles from passing during maximum filter saturation; dedicated pump and motor for each tank, as well as desiccant breathers; 35- or 65-gallon HDPE tanks; 3.6-metre hose assemblies with different end connections; and 7.6-metre cords for electric motors.

The Mobile Utility Cart can filter mineral-based industrial oils, as well as most synthetic oils, at a maximum operating viscosity range of 3,000 ssu/648 cSt at 38 degrees Celsius, at ambient temperatures between -26 and 40 degrees Celsius. Filter indicators pop at 1.55 bar to notify users that they need to replace the filter elements, while the pump relief opens at 5.49 bar.

Users have the options to customize flow rates, filter bypass, sample valves, filter micron rating, sizes and types for hose-end connections, tank sizes, and Y-strainers.
